What to write to us about

A stat, hit rate or line that looks wrong. Tell us the player and the date and we will trace it back to the source feed.

A player, team or market you expected to see and did not.
•
Anything broken — a page that will not load, a parlay that will not save.
•
Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete the data we hold on you, email us from the address on your account and say what you want done. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
•
Advertising, data and partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We are not a sportsbook. We do not take wagers, hold funds, or have access to your sportsbook account — if your bet, deposit or withdrawal is the problem, that is between you and your book. We also cannot tell you what to bet; nothing we publish is advice.
